મારા વ્હાલા દૂધ ઉત્પાદક ભાઈઓ તથા બહેનો તેમજ આમંત્રિત મહેમાનો, આપણા દૂધ સંઘની ૫૦મી વાર્ષિક સાધારણ સભામાં આપ સર્વેનું હૃદયપૂર્વક સ્વાગત કરું છું. આપણી ઝાલાવાડની દૂધગંગા એવી સુરસાગર ડેરીએ ૫૦ વર્ષ પૂર્ણ કર્યા છે. આ સુવર્ણજયંતિ વર્ષ નિમિત્તે આપ સર્વે પશુપાલક મિત્રોને હું હાર્દિક અભિનંદન પાઠવું છું. વર્ષ ૨૦૨૪-૨૫ની કામગીરીની ઝલક નિયામક મંડળની અનુમતિથી ૩૧મી માર્ચ-૨૦૨૫ના રોજ પૂરા થયેલા વર્ષના ઓડિટરશ્રીએ પ્રમાણિત કરેલા હિસાબો અને અહેવાલ રજૂ કરતા હું હર્ષની લાગણી અનુભવું છું. આ વર્ષ દરમિયાન આપણી સિદ્ધિઓ નીચે મુજબ રહી છે: હિસાબી વર્ષ દરમિયાન દૂધ સંઘ દ્વારા દૈનિક સરેરાશ ૪,૮૪,૬૪૮ કિલો દૂધ સંપાદન કરવામાં આવ્યું છે. ૧૬ ફેબ્રુઆરી ૨૦૨૫ના રોજ આપણે એક દિવસનું મહત્તમ ૫,૪૦,૭૧૪ કિલો દૂધ સંપાદન કરવાનો વિક્રમ નોંધાવ્યો છે. દૂધ સંઘ દ્વારા વર્ષ દરમિયાન સરેરાશ પ્રતિકિલો ફેટના રૂ. ૮૫૧ ભાવ ચુકવવામાં આવ્યા છે. વર્ષના અંતે દૂધ સંઘ સાથે સંયોજિત પ્રાથમિક દૂધ સહકારી મંડળીઓની સંખ્યા ૬૫૫ છે. પશુપાલન અને ગુણવત્તા પર ભાર આજે પણ આપણે પશુદીઠ દૂધ ઉત્પાદનમાં દુનિયાના અન્ય દેશોની સરખામણીએ પાછળ છીએ. આપણે આદર્શ અને વૈજ્ઞાનિક ઢબે પશુપાલન અપનાવવું પડશે. જો આપણે સ્વચ્છ અને વધુ દૂધ ઉત્પાદન માટે જાગૃત થઈશું, તો જ ઉત્પાદન ખર્ચ ઘટાડીને વધુ આર્થિક સમૃદ્ધિ મેળવી શકીશું. આજના હરીફાઈના યુગમાં દૂધની ગુણવત્તા અતિ મહત્વની છે, તેથી મંડળીના હોદ્દેદારોએ કોઈપણ ભોગે દૂધની શુદ્ધતા જાળવવી પડશે. આંતરરાષ્ટ્રીય સહકારિતા વર્ષ અને ડિજિટલ પહેલ વર્ષ ૨૦૨૫ને “આંતરરાષ્ટ્રીય સહકારીતા વર્ષ” તરીકે જાહેર કરવામાં આવ્યું છે. વડાપ્રધાન શ્રી નરેન્દ્રભાઈ મોદી અને સહકારીતા મંત્રી શ્રી અમિતભાઈ શાહના નેતૃત્વમાં સહકાર ક્ષેત્રને મજબૂત કરવા ૬૦ જેટલી નવી પહેલ કરવામાં આવી છે. આપણે ડિજિટલ ઇન્ડિયાના ભાગરૂપે દૂધ ઉત્પાદકોના બેંક ખાતા ખોલાવી રહ્યા છીએ અને ગામડાઓમાં જ ATM તથા માઈક્રો ATMની વ્યવસ્થા ઉભી કરી રહ્યા છીએ. આભાર દર્શન ઝાલાવાડના પશુપાલકો, માલધારીઓ અને નાના ખેત મજૂર સભાસદોના અથાગ પ્રયત્નોથી સુરસાગર ડેરીએ જે નામના મેળવી છે, તેને વધુ ઉજજવળ બનાવવા આપ સૌનો સાથ-સહકાર મળતો રહેશે તેવી આશા રાખું છું. આભાર.
